New TMS Environmental Course for Smelters to be held in Quebec, May 2018

The Control of
is back again in 2018, following on the sucess of previous courses in Reykjavik, Abu Dhabi, and San Diego.
This year's course - scheduled for May 21-24th, 2018 - will be held in the Hilton Que'bec, Que'bec city, Canada.
This interactive four-days program (including the unique opportunity to visit Alcoa
Aluminirie de Deschambault smelter) is focused on providing a complete, intensive overview of the latest techniques and fundamental knowledge for effectively managing and reducing emissions in aluminum smelting.
The course is led by Prof. Margaret Hyland and Dr. david Wong (Light Metals Research Centre), Stephen Lindsay (Alcoa), and Stephan Broek (HATCH).
