We tailor different levels of industrial training programmes to suit individual smelters and their staffing
profiles. The programme levels, training periods and venues are developed with the client under a training contract. Training programme content may include raw materials, fundamentals of the reduction cell, energy balance, anode manufacture and performance, fluoride emission, potline monitoring and control, casthouse technology etc.
Our onsite training team also assist smelter managers to identify employees suitable for higher level technical training and those with leadership potential.
